Our goal is to help you with every aspect of your heli skiing or snowboarding journey, from determining which package is right for you to what to pack and how you will get to our base of operations. If you are looking to book a program with us please have a look at our booking process below.  Please take the time to look through the "Plan Your Trip" portion of our website which contains information regarding our cancellation policy as well as options for travel insurance and other helpful resources about getting to our lodge and what you will need to bring with you.

BOOKING PROCESS

  • Select a Program and your preferred dates then send us a request by email or give us a call and we will confirm our availability
  • Please familiarize yourself with our Terms & Conditions
  • After confirming availability we will send you a link for an online Booking Form and Personal Contact Form
  • Payment of a non-refundable deposit for 35% of the program cost (payable by credit card or wire transfer) is due upon booking to confirm your reservation
  • Purchase Trip Cancellation/ Travel Insurance.  Please visit our Insurance page for further information  
  • Once we have received your deposit we will send you a program information package with logistical details necessary to prepare for your program with us
  • Final payment is due 95 days prior to the start of your trip (*for programs booked within 95 days of the start date, full payment is due at the time of booking)
  • Get your ski and snowboard legs ready so you can get the most out of your heli skiing trip!
