At Arctic Heli Skiing we are a tight crew. We work hard and are committed, ambitious and dedicated to exceed our guests expectations. No matter what position one holds in our team professionalism is key.
GUIDES
Our team of guides consists of passionate and enthusiastic veterans of the Troll Peninsula. They are certified mountain and or ski guides by the International Federation of Mountain Guides and or comparable national federations. They are avalanche forecast professionals and they hold a valid wilderness first responder certification. To work with our guiding team it is necessary to have the following:
- UIAGM, ACMG, or AMGA ski guide
- Wilderness First Responder
- A European passport is very helpful
- Fluent English is mandatory
INTERNSHIPS
If you are a up and coming ski guide going through the process of certifications and gaining experiences, a couple of weeks spent at our operation might be the next step. Our interns gain valuable insight into the heli skiing industry.
LODGE STAFF
The service we provide is high-class with a homey feel. Neatness and precision are important characteristics as well as flexibility and joyous temper. Working in close proximity with the rest of the team and with our guests close by demands a handful of open personality and dash of linguistic skills.
APPLICATION PROCESS
Our season goes from March through June. We have our seasonal staff sorted out by end of January.
